How to Update Your Email Signature in Outlook 2007

Step 1: Open up your Outlook 2007 email client.
Step 2: Open a new message and locate the Message tab. From there, find the Include group and click Signature, and then click Signatures.
Step 3: You will see an Email Signatures tab. Click on the New option to create a new signature.
Step 4: Enter a new name for your signature and then click the OK button.
Step 5: Navigate to the Edit Signature field and enter the text you want for your new signature.
Step 6: Click the OK button to finalize and save the new signature.
