Step 1: Log in to your Drupal Admin site.
Step 2: Click “Configuration”.
Step 3: Look for Development panel and click “Maintenance mode”.
Step 4: Uncheck the box “Put site into maintenance mode”.
Step 5: Click “Save configuration” button.
