Step 1: Login to the cPanel account.
Step 2: Click on track delivery option under Email section.
Step 3: Enter the recipient email ID for which we have to locate problems with email delivery.
Step 4: Select the search options from the list and click show all/show blocked & failed.
Step 5: The corresponding details regarding the email ID will be shown full message.
