How to Send and Receive Email using Gmail (or Inbox) from Outlook Office365

Step 1:Log into Gmail
Step 2:Click the gear icon and select Settings
Step 3:Click “Accounts and Import”
Step 4:Select “Add another email address you own.”
Step 5:Enter the email address that is currently using Outlook Office365.
Step 6:Click “Next Step.”
Step 7:Enter “smtp.office365.com” and Port 587.
Step 8:Enter your M$ username and password.
Step 9:Select “TLS (recommended)”
Step 10:Click “Add Account.”
Step 11:Select “Check mail from other accounts (using POP3).”
Step 12:Enter the same email address as before.
Step 13:Click “Next Step.”
Step 14:Enter your Outlook Office username and password.
Step 15:Enter POP Server: smtp.office365.com and Port 110
Step 16:Click “Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail.”
Step 17:Click “Add Account.”
