Step 1: Login to wordpress admin panel
Step 2: Click to expand the Users options, located in the left sidebar.
Step 3: Click Add New.
Step 4: Enter a Username.
Step 5: Enter the user’s Email addressand then enter the user’s First Name and Last Name.
Step 6: Then choose a password for this user and enter it twice. Click Add User.
Step 7: To delete a user, click the Delete link under the appropriate name.
Step 8: Click Confirm Deletion. Now the user will be deleted.
