Database import
Step 1: Login to cPanel.
Step 2: Click the phpMyAdmin button under the DataBases.
Step 3: Select the database that you want to import.
Step 4: In the top, click on the Import tab
Step 5: Click Browse and search the .sql file from your computer.
Step 6: Once done, click Go.
Step 7: Once the Database uploaded, you will see a notification that your database was successfully imported.
Database Export
Step 1: Login to cPanel.
Step 2: Click the phpMyAdmin button under the DataBases.
Step 3: Select the database that you want to Export.
Step 4: In the top, click on the Export tab
Step 5: Choose the tables that you need to export or click Check All. Click Export to proceed.
