How to white-list an email account on Outlook mail client

Step 1: Open your Microsoft Outlook mail client
Step 2: Click the Junk drop down menu under the home tab
Step 3: Locate and click Junk Email Options
Step 4: Navigate to the Safe Recipients tab
Step 5: Click the Add button
Step 6: Type in the email address or domain you want to white-list, then click okay
