Step 1: Login t your Office 365 admin control panel.
Step 2: Select the app launcher icon (Office 365) app launcher icon in the upper-left and choose Admin.
Step 3: In the lower-left navigation, expand Admin centers and select Security & Compliance.
Step 4: In the Security & Compliance page that opens, expand Mail flow, and select Message trace.
Step 5: Enter the sender, recipient email account and time in the relevant options.
Step 6: Click any one of the report type given the box ‘Summary or Enhanced summary or Extended’.
Step 7: Click ‘Search” to view the results.
