Step 1: Sign in to Office 365 at www.office.com/signin.
Step 2: At the top of the page, choose Settings Settings: update your profile, install software and connect it to the cloud > Mail
Step 3: Choose Forwarding. If you don’t see this option, it’s not available for your account.
Step 4: You can forward email to one other account.
