How to Send an Outlook Appointment to Other Persons

Step 1: Open your Outlook email client on the local PC
Step 2: Go to “Calendar” option on the left side of the main window.
Step 3: Now, click on “New Appointment” button under “Home” tab to create a new Outlook appointment.
Step 4: Once you are done with the appointment create, click on the down arrow next to the “Forward” button.
Step 5: Select the “Forward as iCalendar” option.
Step 6: Now the appointment will be inserted as an email attachment and you can forward it to the respective recipients.
