How to disable the WordPress plugins via phpMyadmin using cPanel

The following KB will help you to disable your WordPress website plugins using PhpMyadmin option under your Oryon cPanel account.

Step 1: Login to your Oryon cPanel

Step 2: Navigate to ‘Database’ section and choose the ‘PhpMyadmin’ option.

Step 3: Now, select the WordPress site’s database from the list on left sidebar.

Step 4: Locate and open the table ‘wp_optins’ and you will see the available table entries.

Step 5: Search for the ‘active_plugin’ entry in the option_name column and click on the ‘edit’ button.

Step 6: Now, enter the value “a:0:{}” (without double quotes) in the option_value box and click GO.
