How to create appointment and meeting templates by publishing forms in Outlook email client

Step 1: Open your Outlook email client on the local PC
Step 2: Go to Calendar pane and create a new appointment or meeting.
Step 3: In the new appointment/meeting window, fill in the relevant appointment or meeting information, including subject, location as well as its body.
Step 4: After that, switch to “Developer” tab. If you can’t find this tab, go to “File” > “Options” > “Customize Ribbon” and then you can enable “Developer”.
Step 5: Under “Developer” tab, click on “Design This Form” button and click “Publish” button.
Step 6: Once you published the Form, you can close the new appointment/meeting window without saving changes.
