Step 1: Login to your cPanel
Step 2: Click the phpMyAdmin link under the database section of cPanel.
Step 3: Click the database that your Magento installation
Step 4: Locate and click on the ‘core_config_data’ table located on the left side
Step 5: Locate the following two entries and edit the value of these below both sections
web/unsecure/base_url
web/secure/base_url
Step 6: Enter the new URL in the value section (replacing the old value), then press ‘Go’ to save the changes
