1. Login to your client area.
2. Click Services and select My Services option from the drop down.
3. Click on View Details button against the service which you wish to cancel.
4. Click on Management Actions -> Request Cancellation.
5. You can specify the reason for the service cancellation and select the cancellation type, then click on Request Cancellation button.
6. Once you send a cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation email at your billing email address.
