Step 1: Log into your Drupal 7 Dashboard
Step 2: Go to Configuration
Step 3: Click on Site Information, located under the System category.
Step 4: Find the field labeled Slogan and type in your subtitle, or tagline.
Step 5: Click the Save configuration button once you are finished. It is just under the main title.
