Before initiating the transfer of any .COM / .NET / .ORG / .BIZ / .INFO , make sure that your domain meets the following conditions:
1. Your domain was registered or transferred at least 60 days ago;
2. The domain is unlocked at the current registrar (its Whois status should be OK or Active);
3. Your domain shows a valid whois admin email address in Whois (the transfer approval email will be sent to the address);
Note: We recommend disabling any type of whois privacy protection for your domain in order to proceed with the transfer.
4: Contact current domain provider for the latest Auth/EPP code for the domain.
5: If all criteria are met, you may initiate the transfer of domain name.
Note: Make sure the domain status is active, not expired. We do not recommend transfer any domain name to us if it is within 7 days to domain expiry date.
