Step 1: Login to the cPanel.
Step 2: Under Email panel click on Email Accounts.
Step 3: Look for the email account you want to suspend. Click “More” drop-down arrow.
Step 4: select any of the following:
Suspend – this option suspends both login and incoming mail
Suspend Login – this only allows incoming emails but blocks login to email account or sending out email Suspend Login – this only allows incoming emails but blocks login to email account or sending out emails.
Suspend Incoming Mail – blocks receiving emails but allow sending out emails
Step 5: If incoming mail is suspended, anyone trying to send an email to the related account will receive a bounce back email stating that it has been suspended.
