Steps to Import Contacts from a Business card (.vcf) Files in Windows Live Mail

Step 1: Open Windows Live Mail, and open your Contacts.
Step 2: Click on the Import ribbon button, and click on the Business card (.VCF) option.
Step 3: Navigate to where you saved the exported .vcf files.
Step 4: Select one, or more, or all of the contacts (.vcf files) that you would like to import, click on Open.
Step 5: Your contacts have been imported into Windows Live Mail.
