Step 1: Login to your cPanel account.
Step 2: Select the Virus scanner option under Advanced.
Step 3: You can see the following scan option.
(i)Scan mail
(ii)Scan entire home directory.
(iii)Scan public web space.
(iv)Scan Public FTP space.
Step 4: Select the scan option that you wish to initiate the scan under your account.
Step 5: Finally click, scan now option.
Step 6: Scan will automatically stop if they run for more than one day.
