Steps to setup a microsoft exchange account in Windows Phone 8

Step 1: Open Settings
Step 2: Tap email + accounts
Step 3: Choose add an account
Step 4: Tap Exchange
Step 5: Enter your full email address, for example tony@contoso.com.
Step 6: Then add the password you use to sign into your email and tap Sign in.
Step 7: You’re done setting up email on your Windows Phone!
Step 8: Syncing emails and calendar may take a few minutes.
