Steps to Export a PST file in Outlook

Step 1: Open Outlook.
Step 2: From the “File” tab, select Options.
Step 3: Click Advanced, scroll down to the “Export” section and click Export.
Step 4: The “Import and Export Wizard” panel will open. Click Export to a file and then click Next.
Step 5: Select “Outlook Data File (.pst)” and then click Next.
Step 6: Under “Select folder to export from,” select the contact folder that you want to export and then click Next.
Step 7: Select your desktop or some other easily accessible location to save your .PST file.
Step 8: Click Finish.
