Step 1: Login to your webmail account with horde interface.
Step 2: Click settings option.
Step 3: Select Global preference under preference.
Step 4: You will see list of the option.
Step 5: Select Local and Time option.
Step 6: In your current time zone field, select the timezone that you wish to change.
Step 7: Finally click Save option.
