  • We don’t support any services which are not associated with us
  • We don’t provide support any software which are provided by us.
  • We don’t support customer PC issues.
  • We don’t support firewall, router issues
  • We don’t support mail server which are not under our control, bounce-back of remote mail server
  • For managed WordPress, we will support update of the plugins with backup. if it does not work after the plugin update, we can roll back
