Step 1: Download the latest version of Joomla package file from the below URL and save it to your local computer.

Step 2: Unzip the file and ensure all the files were in valid file format.
Step 3: Upload the files into the cPanel directory where you wish to install Jooma via FTP and make sure that the files are uploaded in the correct directory.
Step 4: Now. access your domain name in a browser and it will display the Joomla configuration page.
Step 5: In the configuration page you need to enter the below informations.
(i) Site Name – This is your joomla website name
(ii) Description – A short description about your joomla website
(iii) Administrator Email – Provide the administrator email ID
(iv) Administrator Username – This is the admin username of your joomla
(v) Administrator password (you may need to enter this twice for confirmation)
Step 6: Enter the database settings information on the required fields.
Step 7: Once you have entered all the necessary details, click on ‘Next’ and it will redirect you to the overview page.
Step 8: Verify all the given information is correct and click on ‘Install’
