Step 1: Login to the wordpress admin panel.
Step 2: Choose Plugins > Add New.
Step 3: In the Search field type Twitter.
Step 4: The top search result should read: Twitter: Official Twitter, Vine, and Periscope plugin for WordPress. Embed content and grow your audience. Requires PHP 5.4 or greater.
Step 5: Click Install
Step 6: Once installed choose Activate Plugin.
