How to import a pst file in Outlook 2010

Step 1: Open Outlook
Step 2: Go to File – Open – Import.
Step 3: Select Import from another program or file and click on Next.
Step 4: Select Outlook Data File (.pst) and then click on Next.
Step 5: Click on Browse.
Step 6: Select the desired .pst backup file and then click on Open.
Step 7: Click on Next.
Step 8: Click on Finish.
