How to Import a PST File into Outlook 2007

Step 1: Click on File, and then click on Import and Export.
Step 2: Click on Import from another program or file, and then click on Next.
Step 3: Click on Personal Folder File (.pst), and then click on Next.
Step 4: Click on the Browse button to locate the backup file on the computer. Check the circle next to Replace duplicates with items imported to avoid having duplicates in Outlook. Then click on Next.
Step 5: Select Outlook Data File as the folder to import from. Make sure the box next to Include Subfolders is checked. Check the circle next to Import items into the same folder in: to ensure the items are imported to the proper folders.
Step 6: Click on Finish.
