I face the “Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook Window” while opening Outlook

Step 1: Check whether opening in safe mode helps solve the issue. If not, follow the below steps.

Step 2: Close and open Outlook again.

Step 3: When prompted to choose profile, create a new profile.

Step 4: Sign into the email account again.

Note: If the account was configured in POP, try to import the emails from the previous data file.
