Step 1: Login to the Joomla administrator area -> Menus -> Choose the menu where you would like the new menu item to appear.
Step 2: Click the “New” button.
Step 3: Choose the Wrapper from the Tree list of item types.
Step 4: Enter the desired item name.
Step 5: On the right side of the page put the external content URL in the “Wrapper URL” text box.
Step 6: Then click “Save”.
