How to turn of Commenting for a blog entry in Drupal 7

Step 1: Log into the Drupal Dashboard

Step 2: Go to Find content in the upper left corner

Step 3: Find the Blog Entry page you want to turn commenting off for and click edit to the right of it

Step 4: Scroll down to the bottom of the page and find the “Comment Settings” and click on it

Step 5: Select the radio button labeled Closed.

Step 6: Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.

Now, you’ll see that the site will not display the comments section underneath the blog post.
