How to solve recipient able to view my email content issue?

Step 1: Open Outlook and navigate to File >> Options.

Step 2: Switch to Advanced tab.

Step 3: Scroll down to Display section.

Step 4: Check the Disable hardware graphics acceleration checkbox.

Step 5: Click OK.
