How to solve Folder created in Outlook client missing in Outlook web app?

Step 1: Navigate to Start > Control Panel > Mail.

Step 2: Click on Show Profiles.

Step 3: Select your current profile, and then select Properties.

Step 4:Select E-mail Accounts and then select View or change existing e-mail accounts > Next.

Step 5: Select your Exchange account, and then select Change.

Step 6: Uncheck the Use Cached Exchange Mode check box, and then click Next.

Step 7: Click Finish.
