How to rename an email account in cloud admin panel

Step 1: Log into your admin control panel
Step 2: Go to Mailboxes
Step 3: Select & Click the Email account that you wish to rename
Step 4: Click on More tab from the current window
Step 5: Locate and choose ‘Rename Email address’ and enter the new name
Step 6: Save the changed made.

Noted: There will not be any email loss because of the rename.
