Step 1: Click on the Start Menu (or press the Windows key) and then search for Control Panel on your local PC.
Step 2: After opening Control Panel, in the upper right-hand corner change View by: to Small Icons
Step 3: Click on Mail
Step 4: When the Mail Control Panel opens, select Show Profiles
Step 5: Select Add to add a new profile. Enter any name you wish and select OK
Step 6: Select Manual setup or additional server types. Click Next
Step 7: Select POP or IMAP and click Next
Step 8: In the Add New Account window, input the following information:

Your Name: Your Name
Email Address: full email account name
Account Type: IMAP
Incoming Mail Server: Respective Oryon’s mail server name
Outgoing Mail Server: Respective Oryon’s mail server name

User Name: full email account name
Password: Your mailbox password

Step 9: Click on More Settings then click the Outgoing Server Tab
Step 10: Check the box for My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
Step 11: Check the button for Use same settings as my incoming mail server

For IMAP use 143 – SSL Disabled ( If SSL enabled Use 993)
Outgoing SMTP port – 25 or 587 or 26 ( If SSL enabled use 465)

Step 12: In the Root folder path field, enter INBOX (all letters should be capital)
Step 13: Click OK > Next > Finish.
Step 14: Click Next. Outlook will now attempt to send a test message using the settings we have just put in. If everything was entered correctly, the message will send out successfully.
