Step 1: Login to Cloudmail admin control panel using the below URL.

Step 2: Click ‘Mailboxes’ option under ‘Email Hosting’ section
Step 3: Now choose the ‘Add mailbox’ option from the current screen
Step 4: Enter the email account username (without any spelling errors) that you have deleted earlier
Note: You can recover the deleted email accounts which was deleted in past 14 days via admin control panel.
Step 5: It will prompt you the confirmation to restore the mailbox or create new one. Now choose the ‘Restore’ option.
Step 6: You can set new password or older password as per your requirement. Once the email account created, it will restore the older emails automatically.
