How to provide direct access to a file to a user in OneDrive?

Step 1: Step 1: Sign into OneDrive via https://portal.office.com/ and navigate to OneDrive

Step 2: Locate the file or folder in OneDrive.

Step 3: Right-click on the file or folder and click on Manage Access.

Step 4: Click on the add(+) icon respective to Direct Access and select the user to whom the access is to be granted.

Step 5: Click on the Grant Access button.
