Step 1: Login to your cPanel account.
Step 2: Select Mail Scanner option under Email.
Step 3: Click on the ‘Other settings’ button under the Mail Scanner
Step 4: Now you can adjust the Low and High spam score settings based upon your requirement.
Step 5: You should be very careful about changing the spam score detection settings, the defaults are recommended.
Step 6: Click on ‘Change’ button to apply the changes.
