Step 1: Head to your cPanel and browse to File Manager which is located in the Files box.
Step 2: Choose to browse to the Home Directory.
Step 3: Choose Select All in the small menu.
Step 4: After everything is selected, click on the Compress button at the large menu at the top
Step 5: Choose a name for the compressed file and the compression type (Gzip is usually recommended) and click Compress.
Step 6: When this process is done, you will find your compressed file in the Home Directory. Simply double click on it to download it.
This is your files backup.
