How To FTP Files to the Web Server with Non-English File Name?

Step 1. Install the latest version of FileZilla FTP Client
Step 2: Open File > Site Manager.
Step 3. Add the server address that you want to connect to.
Step 4. On the right panel, select tab Charset. Select Force UTF-8 option.
