Kindly refer the below steps to Export the emails from webmail.
Step 1: Login to your webamil account using the below link

Step 2: Now choose the Horde interface from webmail’s home page.
Step 3: From Horde, right click ‘Inbox’ and select ‘Export’ from the list.
Step 4: You will now see a popup with export options, you can simply click ‘OK’ to get the exported emails in MBOX file format
Step 5: The exporting file is currently started storing the backup file in the below directory on your cPanel account
