How to delete the emails with the help of search folder via Outlook email client

Step 1: Open your Outlook email client on the local PC
Step 2: Right click on “Search Folders” in the navigation pane of ‘Mail’.
Step 3: Locate and choose “New Search Folder” option.
Step 4: From the current pop-up window, you need to find and select “Old mail” option.
Step 5: Now search out the Emails older than the specific period as per your requirement.
Step 6: After that, click “Choose” button and another new small dialog will show up, in which you could specify the older than period.
Step 7: Click a series of “OK” to close all the dialog boxes.
Step 8: Now turn to the newly created search folder in the navigation pane.
Step 9: Open the folder and you will find that all the emails which are in the specified time are listed here.
Step 10: Select and delete the emails which are all not needed.
