Step 1: Log in to the Cloud Office Control Panel.
Step 2: Click Mailboxes under Email section.
Step 3: If you have multiple domains, select the domain that contains the mailbox that you want to delete.
Step 4: Click the name of the mailbox you want to delete.
Step 5: On the bottom there is a section called Delete multiple mailboxes.
The another way to delete mailboxes in bulk is by selecting the check box down at the bottom of the mailbox list page. Selecting that will select all the users on that particular page and then you can select delete mailbox from the Select Action drop down menu. Kindly note that it will delete all the mailboxes on particular page.
