How to Configure Raw Access Logs through cPanel

This article will guide you to Configure the Raw Access Logs through cPanel. Raw Access logs contain detailed information of every single visit to your site. This Raw Access log information can be archived and stored in your Home directory every month as a compressed file. This Raw Access logs can be downloaded as a zip file, you can download it and view it via a text editor. In Raw Access, the information is not represented in the form of graph, chart, animations or graphics. Sometimes Raw Access logs help you to know about who are all accessing your website. The previous month’s archived Raw Access files can be deleted. Follow these steps to Configure Raw Access Logs through cPanel,

Step 1 – Login to your cPanel

Step 2 – Click Raw Access under Metrics section.

Step 3 – Do these steps in this page.

Click the first checkbox, if you want to Archive logs in your home directory at the end of each stats run every 24 hours.
Click the second checkbox, if you want to Remove the previous month’s archived logs from your home directory at the end of each month.
Click Save.
