Step 1: Sign into your Office account via https://portal.office.com/
Step 2: Navigate to Permissions > Outlook Web App policies and select the policy that you want to view or configure.
Step 3: Click Edit. In the properties window that opens you can view and configure.
Step 4: Make the changes as necessary.
Step 5: After editing, click Save.
