Step 1: Login to the Oryon cPanel account.
Step 2: Click the File Manager link found in the Files section
Step 3: Navigate to the document root directory of the Prestashop installation
Step 4: Now open the “cache” directory
Step 5: Locate the file name ‘class_index.php’ and delete or rename it to clear the cache
Step 6: Load your website via browser and the new cache files will be created automatically by the Prestashop CMS
