How to Check if Outlook is running in compatibility mode in outlook?

Step1: Find the Outlook.exe file on your computer.

For Outlook 2013, you can find this file in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office 15\ or C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office 15\

For Outlook 2010, you can find this file in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office 14\ or C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office 14\

Step2: Right-click the Outlook.exe file, choose Properties, and then choose the Compatibility tab.

Step3: If any of the boxes on the Compatibility tab are checked, uncheck them, then choose Apply > OK.

Step4: Restart Outlook.
