Step 1: Sign into your account via the URL http://outlook.office365.com/
Step 2: At the top-right corner, click on Settings icon and then scroll down and click View all Outlook settings.
Step 3: Switch to General tab and click on Language and Time.
Step 4: Select the time zone from the Current time zone drop-down list.
Step 5: Click Save.
