Step 1: Sign into your account via https://portal.office.com/
Step 2: Navigate to Power Automate or open https://flow.microsoft.com/
Step 3: Click on Create on the left pane.
Step 4: Select Automated Cloud Flow under Start from blank section.
Step 5: Select When a new email mentioning me arrives under the Choose your flow’s trigger section.
Step 6: Click Next step button and click on Send me a mobile notification.
Step 7: Enter the notification message and then click Save.
