1: Login to your cPanel.
2: Click on Backup that is under the files section.
3: Now under the Download a MySQL Database Backup section, click on your database name, in this case, username5_wordpress.
4: On your local machine, go to the folder of your web-browser where the database backup is downloaded and you should now see the compressed .sql.gz file.
