How to approve or reject a user’s request when you are the approver in Office 365?

Step 1: Sign into your account via https://portal.office.com/

Step 2: Navigate or open Microsoft Teams.

Step 3: Click on the three-dot icon on the left pane and click on Approvals.

Step 4: Select the Received section and click on the request of the title.

Step 5: Check the request and click on Approve or Reject button.
